What we inspect

Licensed Master Plumbers inspect the customer-owned piping from the meter to the appliances.

• Visual, meter to appliance. Supports, clearances, shutoffs, connectors, unused or capped lines, loose fittings, corrosion on older black iron.
• Unpermitted or improvised work. We note it. We do not turn this visit into a rebuild.
• CSST bonding, if CSST is there. Inspect only. We do not sell a bonding job here.
